Education Bradford were a private company in charge of all schools and recruiting within the Bradford council district. OTB were asked to create a recruitment site which allowed all Bradford schools to post jobs in a centralised location and render paper based applications obsolete. The schools would also be able to manage their adverts and view all documents instantly, whilst applicants could easily fill out the forms and upload them to the site.
I was responsible for the full build of the site, which was created in ASP.NET using the three tier architecture methodology. All content is managed in the CMS giving full control to the administrator.
The website is an invaluable communication tool for the client, allowing to receive the maximum number of applications for each job in an efficient way.
